Hello My name is Ryan Manelis, I am a current senior at the university of Kansas and I am studying Sports Management with a minor in journalism. I grew up in a suburb of Chicago called Northbrook. Growing up sports played a big part of my life and as I grew up I realized that I wanted to work in sports to help create those same feelings about sports for the next Generation. I am a fan of all sorts of different sports and you will usually find my rooting for what ever Chicago team is playing on that given day. However My two favorite teams are the Chicago Bears and the Chicago BlackHawks.
This semester I took JMC-215 which is a web coding class. Coming into this class I did not know much or anything about web-coding. However As we finish the course I feel like I have grown a massive amount and learned so much. Below I have attached some of the things I learned the coding for and either made my own or learned how to make it apart of my website. Overall I was very proud of how my menu bar and slideshow turned out and I’m also impressed with my ability to incorporate the contact form on my site.
